Vinzenz Gruber, the chef de cuisine, who is the owner of the
restaurant as well, only learned from the best in his business. Amongst others,
he worked with Eckart Witzigmann at the Aubergine in Munich and with Rainhard
Gerer at the Korso in Vienna.
In 1995, after gaining years of experience abroad (e.g. South
Africa, Switzerland, MS Sagafjord, etc), he went back to the roots by opening
his own restaurant in Graz.
